Welcome to MealBourne ("App", "Service", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services. By accessing or using MealBourne, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MealBourne, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Eligibility

• Harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Spam, advertise, or engage in unsolicited marketing
• Share adult, graphic, or explicit content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or servers
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or malicious activities
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App

Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 License Grant

By posting content (recipes, videos, photos, comments) on MealBourne, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purposes of providing our services and promoting the platform.

5.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you post. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use the content
• The content does not infringe on third-party rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content complies with all applicable laws

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any content that violates these Terms or our policies. We may do this without notice and without liability.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by MealBourne (logos, designs, text, graphics, software) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create. However, by posting on MealBourne, you grant us the rights described in Section 5.1.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MEALBOURNE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement and accuracy
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will meet your needs, be secure, or be free of errors or viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEALBOURNE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to your data or third-party conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Help & Support > Contact Support or by emailing privacy@mealbourne.com with "Delete My Account" in the subject line.

11.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violating these Terms
• Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activity
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Post a significant period of inactivity

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

12. Age Restrictions for Features

Some features may have age restrictions. You represent that you meet all age requirements to use specific features. We reserve the right to restrict access based on age verification.

13. Food Safety and Health Disclaimers

13.1 Recipe Accuracy

Recipes on MealBourne are provided by users and third parties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that recipes are tested, safe, or suitable for all individuals. Use recipes at your own risk.

13.2 Allergen Information

We do not guarantee the accuracy of allergen information provided in recipes. If you have allergies, consult with a healthcare provider before consuming recipes.

14. Business and Restaurant Features

14.1 Business Accounts

If you create a business account for restaurants or food services:

• You represent that you have authority to operate the business
• You agree to provide accurate business information
• You are responsible for all orders and transactions
• You comply with all food safety and health regulations

14.2 Order Processing

Business owners agree to:

• Process orders promptly and accurately
• Maintain food safety standards
• Handle payments securely
• Respect customer privacy
• Respond to disputes in good faith

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MealBourne, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights
• Your content or conduct
• Any disputes with other users

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India for any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MealBourne regarding your use of the App. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded.
