About This Recipe
1️⃣ Heat oil, add mustard seeds & curry leaves. 2️⃣ Add green chilies & ginger, sauté 1 minute. 3️⃣ Add mashed paneer, turmeric, chili powder & salt. Mix well. 4️⃣ Add coriander & lemon juice. Cook for 2–3 minutes. 5️⃣ Let mixture cool and shape into medium balls. 6️⃣ Take extra mashed paneer and coat each ball evenly. 7️⃣ Heat oil on medium flame. 8️⃣ Fry until light golden and crisp outside. 9️⃣ Slice pav, apply chutneys, place hot paneer vada inside. 🔟 Serve hot with fried green chilies.
