Cooking Instructions
10 steps
Dry roast coriander seeds and dry red chilies, then grind to a coarse powder (kadhai masala)
Heat oil in a kadhai or wok, add cumin seeds and let them splutter
Add sliced onions and sauté until light golden
Add chopped garlic and julienned ginger, sauté for 2 minutes
Add chicken pieces and cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes until they change color
Add turmeric powder, salt, and the freshly ground kadhai masala. Mix well
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and oil separates
Add julienned bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes
Add kasuri methi and garam masala, mix well
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot in kadhai
