Cooking Instructions
7 steps
Cut cauliflower into medium florets. Wash and drain well. If using frozen peas, thaw them.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cauliflower florets and green peas. Mix well to coat with the masala.
Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
