5 steps
Cut,wash gobhi in hot water.
Then in a chopper chop gobhi like keema.
Heat oil in a kadai put cumin seeds.When seeds gets splutter add gobhi keema and peas into it.
Mix well and add red chilli, turmeric, cumin and garam masala powder also add salt stir well and cover.Cook on low flame till it reduces water.
It will take ten to fifteen minutes.Then off the flame and transfer to a serving dish just sprinkle some garam masala over it before serving.Very tasty 😋 must try.
