Make small slits on boiled eggs for better flavor absorption
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter
Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for 2 minutes
Add tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until oil separates
Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well
Add water and bring to a boil
Gently add the boiled eggs and simmer for 5-7 minutes
Add garam masala and crushed kasuri methi, mix gently
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti
