Cooking Instructions
7 steps
Cut potatoes into medium cubes and cauliflower into medium florets. Wash and drain them well.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add potato cubes and cauliflower florets. Mix well to coat with the masala. Add salt to taste.
Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
